Anointing according to the Bible is putting oil and separating a tool for the use of the Lord in the Temple or consecration. In our network of churches, we anoint a person and set him apart for use of the Lord or for the work of the Lord.
There has not been specific qualification for the person who would get anointed, but he must feel God's call, character and power in him.
His ministry coverage after he is anointed and separated are to do God's work or ministry in general.
His financial need are covered by the Local body of believers where he render his service.
His moral and spiritual support and validity are withdrawn or expire when he no longer with the network or found guilty in his carrier that raise questions in his character.
If he is found faithful in his ministry, the board of elders might promote him to higher level of ministry service in the Church.
